GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Having at least 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive Sector or Automotive Sub-Industry (preferably in a German company),
• Graduates from business, economics or preferably engineering departments of universities (German Universities are preferred),
• Worked as a Sales Representative in the automotive sector, preferably with casting and machining sales experience,
•  Fluent in English (preferably 2nd foreign language: German),
• Experienced in profitability analysis and feasibility,
• Strong organizational and planning skills,
• Very good communication skills, tendency to team work,
•  Ability to take a leadership role in intense and sometimes stressful environments,
•  Easily adapting to rapidly changing conditions,
•  Able to make quick decisions, develop practical solutions and think analytically,
•  Work under the Business Development Director,
• Graduated from Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering departments of universities,
• 30 - 35 years old, with at least 5 years of automotive work experience

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Adöksan, which makes Aluminum Injection Molding parts for the world's giant Automotive and White Goods Companies, all of which are abroad, belongs to the companies that export the most in the metal industry in Turkey with its facilities in two locations in Tuzla Leather Organized and Free Zone and its 800+ employees.
•  Continuing to continue with its overseas investments in the new period, Adöksan is looking for a teammate who works as a PROJECT QUALITY RESPONSIBLE.
•  Graduates of the leveling/machine drawing/machine decisions of vocational high schools or the machine painting/machine and related results at the end of Vocational Schools,
• Ability to write programs in at least one of Zeiss, Mitutoyo, DEA 3D measuring devices,
•  Using all laboratory measuring instruments very well,
•  As the measurement supervisor in the laboratory,
•  Very good technical drawing reading,
•  With machining measurement experience, in addition to costly casting measurement experience,
•   To undertake Project Quality motivation for new products,
•   He did his military service for male candidates.
